Terms of Service

By creating a Connectales account or installing the Connectales Chrome extension, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Connectales on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

Connectales provides tools to organize and automate parts of your LinkedIn outreach: campaigns, follow-up messages, a prospect CRM, analytics, and account-safety features. Automated actions run from your own browser, under rate limits designed to keep activity at a human pace.

You are responsible for the content you send and for complying with LinkedIn's User Agreement and applicable law (including anti-spam rules). Connectales enforces conservative limits, but automation on LinkedIn is at your own risk: you accept that LinkedIn may restrict accounts that violate its terms, and Connectales is not liable for actions LinkedIn takes against your account.

You agree not to use Connectales for harassment, deceptive messaging, unlawful data collection, or to contact people who have asked not to be contacted.

Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually) via Razorpay. You can cancel at any time from Billing; auto-pay stops at the end of the current period and you keep access until it ends. Free-trial workspaces move to limited access when the trial expires. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain ownership of the prospect data and message content in your workspace. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.

The extension operates only with your consent, inside your logged-in browser session. It never collects your LinkedIn password. Do not attempt to resell, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the service's safety limits.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connectales' total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Connectales is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days in advance. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
