Privacy Policy

• Account data: your name, email address, workspace name, and hashed password when you register.
• Lead data you capture: publicly visible LinkedIn profile details (name, headline/title, company, location, profile URL) that you choose to save to your CRM.
• Outreach activity: the actions you take (connection requests, messages, profile visits, endorsements), their success/failure, and message content you author, so we can track your campaigns and enforce safety limits.
• Extension telemetry: anonymized operational events (e.g. action outcomes, account-health signals, and diagnostic data when a page element can’t be found) used to keep the product working as LinkedIn’s interface changes.
• Authentication tokens: stored in your browser to keep you signed in.

We do not collect your LinkedIn password, and the extension does not read your LinkedIn messages beyond conversations you explicitly manage in the product.

• To provide the CRM, campaign, inbox, and analytics features you use.
• To personalize outreach copy (optionally via AI) that you review before sending.
• To enforce account-safety limits that reduce the risk of LinkedIn restrictions.
• To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
• To process billing for paid plans.

We do not sell your personal data or your leads to third parties.

We share data only with service providers that help us run Connectales:

• Razorpay — payment processing for subscriptions.
• OpenAI — generating suggested message copy when you use AI features (only the prompt context needed for that request).
• Sentry — aggregated error diagnostics to detect and fix crashes.
• Cloud hosting & email — infrastructure and transactional email (verification, password reset, invites).

We keep your account and CRM data for as long as your account is active. You can delete leads and other records at any time in the app, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Backups are retained on a rolling schedule and then rotated out.

• Access, correct, or delete your data from within the app or by contacting us.
• Export your leads and campaign data.
• Uninstall the extension at any time to stop all in-browser data capture.
• Request account deletion; subject to legal/accounting retention requirements, we will remove your personal data.

Passwords are hashed, data is transmitted over HTTPS, and access is scoped per workspace. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard safeguards.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date, and where appropriate we will notify you.
